Following the outbreak of coronavirus and the recent Government announcement, we would like to reassure all of our customers of our commitment to the health and safety of our customers and staff.

We continue to follow both Government and the British Holiday & Home Parks Association advice, and are keen to inform and protect our guests as much as possible. We are closely monitoring the developing situation.

We have added to our already strict cleaning and hygiene measures, including extra checks and wash-downs of the Parks facilities.

Posters and guidelines for good Hygiene practice are strategically placed around the parks for our customers information.

If you decide you would like to cancel your break (and we are open) our normal Terms and conditions will apply.

We ask all our guests to take the following sensible advice:

  • Carry tissues with you and cover your nose and mouth with them when you cough or sneeze
  • Bin the tissue, and to kill the germs, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, or use sanitiser gel
