Just enjoyed 3 night break was clean, warm and well catered for . Been a few years since we stayed here so wasn't sure what to expect this time round but everything was up to a high standard and will definitely return as great place to stay for getting into Whitby or Robin Hoods Bay.

We had a lovely stay for half term, park is great very well maintained our caravan was immaculate and we received a phone call to say we could check in earlier as it was all ready for us which was fab!!

Brilliant holiday. Caravan was clean, modern, well-equipped. The site is in a lovely setting with great views. The cafe served great food. When we had to rearrange our holiday at the last moment, the staff could not have been more helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Spent a relaxing 5 days in an immaculate super luxury caravan on the Seaview site. We had the most stunning views of Whitby including the Abbey and the sea from our decking. Such a peaceful site set in a truly beautiful location. Great base for walking and exploring Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Caravan was extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Clear instructions and useful information was provided to make the check in and settling in process hassle free. The small games room on site was great and the amenities at Northcliffe are just a short walk away. A very special site, which is clearly maintained to a high standard and a credit to the owners. We hope to be back in the future.

The site is in a great location with wonderful views. It's well kept, clean and was very peaceful, even in the summer holidays. A big plus for us was the easy access to the Cleveland Way Coast Path and the Cinder Track, which we walked to Robin Hoods Bay & back. Whitby is a short drive away, where there's also a big Sainsburys and Aldi for self catering. The local pub is a 20 minute walk and serves good food with generous portions. Staithes, Sandsend, Goathland are all within a short drive, plus lots of great beaches, especially for rockpools, fossils, sea glass and pebbles.  Our caravan was immaculately clean and comfortable, couldn't fault it. All in all we've enjoyed a wonderful break and have already booked to return

Just returned from a midweek stay at Lemon Cottage on the Seaview Park. Such a peaceful setting. Cosy, well-equipped cottage, clean with comfy beds and fluffy towels. More spacious than the photos made it look and it was warm and well-lit for our arrival. Great location. Within walking distance of the pub and the cinder track to both Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. We did both walks and slept well on our return. We didn't want to leave. We will be back.

Clean, quiet ,dog free, good location, 6th visit with family, excellent reception and service, great location 2 sites Sea View nearest to main road for public transport to either robin hoods bay, Whitby or Scarborough, or Northcliffe which is nearer the sea.

We stayed in a Megapod. It was perfect, spotlessly clean, plenty of storage space and warm and cosy. The shower was spacious and powerful. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Cinder track to Whitby or Robin Hood's Bay. The park is well maintained and clean with lots of facilities. We would definitely come back.

Excellent everything spot on, very welcoming in the caravan with heating on & cleaned very well. 10 out of 10 who prepared the caravan for our arrival. Superb cafe on site. The best local walks & cycle routes near by. The October break was a good decision.
